The company was co-founded by Edward Medd. The director team brings a combined 40 years’ experience delivering luxury new-build residential and commercial developments across the country. They stay hands-on with every part of the business, alongside a talented team of designers, craftsmen, installers and project managers.

A construction professional since the 1990s, Edward built his career in quantity surveying and commercial management with tier-one contractors including Balfour Beatty, delivering complex education, commercial and residential schemes. As a CIOB member with an HND in Construction Management, he went on to lead design and delivery teams on landmark projects — among them the refurbishment of Fortnum & Mason — before founding his own construction management practice. At Vita he brings that same process-driven rigour to modular, working alongside a director team with a combined 40 years’ experience to keep every build hands-on from first drawing to final handover.
