For this project in Cheltenham the client approached us wanting a supremely modern and luxury single storey modular house extension that could seamlessly extend their living / dining space with maximum glazing and natural light.
Through a very extensive design process with our architects they opted for the best in class ALUK aluminium bifolding doors that completely opened up the extension to their exotically themed garden.
We carried out significant demolition & remedial, structural opening + external landscaping works to ensure the external and internal threshold levels remained flush throughout.
Given the clients clay soil and close proximity to trees the project involved traditional strip foundations to a depth of c. 2m and was delivered from start to finish within 4 weeks.
The client, Hanri van Wyk, approached us looking for a relatively small but high specification new build extension with associated refurbishment works to her existing home. The extension was to be used as an ancillary downstairs WC + utility room, with a full renovation and redecoration of her new open plan lounge and snug area overlooking the garden.
Given the extremely tight external access our modular construction system suited her needs perfectly.

The client came to us looking for a high quality Garden Room space that could be used as a home gym.
