Martine came to us in need of a fully equipped garden room to facilitate her from home physiotherapy practice.
Through a series of consultations and site visits to our showroom we were able to curate the perfect garden room space for her business needs whilst enhancing their outside recreational space.
The client was very specific in wanting an external finish that complemented their ultra-modern recently renovated garden.
Upon reviewing a few finish options she ultimately decided on our beautiful standing seam zinc effect cladding to the feature front elevation with our long board range used for all other elevations.
We were honoured to be approached by Mr Sam Delaney, a household name known for over twenty years in British media, his accolades include journalist, author, broadcaster and podcaster. With the demands of his growing business activities, working within his home was becoming restrictive and he needed to create a more efficient work, life balance. Mr Delaney needed an affordable yet practical solution that could facilitate his growth and so was looking for a bespoke / versatile space to record his podcasts from and an area where he could focus on his projects.
After researching numerous options over a prolonged period of time, Mr Delaney felt that to extend his home would prove to be a considerable amount of work, the planning regulations within his borough were difficult to navigate and ultimately the quotes he was receiving were out of budget. Mr Delaney had been let down by another garden room contractor going into liquidation and we were more than pleased to jump straight in and assist with getting him the space he urgently needed.
The client, Hanri van Wyk, approached us looking for a relatively small but high specification new build extension with associated refurbishment works to her existing home. The extension was to be used as an ancillary downstairs WC + utility room, with a full renovation and redecoration of her new open plan lounge and snug area overlooking the garden.
Given the extremely tight external access our modular construction system suited her needs perfectly.
Through an extensive design consultation and pricing process we were able to produce a design and specification that met the clients exacting requirements.
The project was complete in just over 3 weeks from start to finish and within the clients original budget.
