Garden Room in Windsor

This project showcases our ability to deliver a completely bespoke garden room tailored to a client's specific aesthetic and functional requirements. The brief was for a modern, low-maintenance structure with a high-end finish. The foundation of the project was a robust ground screw base, allowing for a swift and minimally disruptive start to the build. Before our team arrived, the client prepared the area by removing existing patio slabs, ensuring the site was ready for a smooth installation process.

The design focused on creating a sleek, contemporary look. For the exterior, we used premium Equitone Tectiva cladding, a sophisticated and highly durable material that gives the garden room its sharp, modern aesthetic. To connect the space with the garden, we installed a three-metre-wide aluminium bifold door, complemented by two large windows, all finished in a striking black (RAL9005). A Brett Martin roof window was also included to maximise natural light from above.

Inside, the garden room was finished to the same high standards as a new home. The walls were professionally plastered and painted white to create a bright, airy feel. We included a comprehensive electrical package with chrome sockets, a data point, flush-mounted LED downlighters, and a panel heater. The specification also included stylish and durable LVT flooring, making the space immediately ready for use. The entire installation was completed in just 12 working days, demonstrating our efficient and organised approach to creating stunning garden rooms.
