The Client sought to expand his living space with a high-quality, efficient extension. Vita Modular delivered a custom-designed, 35m² extension, providing a modern and thermally efficient addition that seamlessly integrates with the existing property, built to the highest standards and building regulations.
The client required a modern extension that would offer significant additional living space while ensuring energy efficiency and a high-quality finish. Vita Modular undertook the role of Principal Contractor, meticulously planning and executing the project from ground screws to internal finishes. The design incorporated a structurally graded steel frame and advanced insulation to meet stringent U-value requirements, ensuring a comfortable and sustainable environment. Challenges typically associated with traditional builds were mitigated by the modular approach, allowing for a streamlined construction process and precise material application.
