Vita Modular undertook the role of Principal Contractor, meticulously planning and executing the project from ground screws to internal finishes. The design incorporated a structurally graded steel frame and advanced insulation to meet stringent U-value requirements, ensuring a comfortable and sustainable environment. Challenges typically associated with traditional builds were mitigated by the modular approach, allowing for a streamlined construction process and precise material application.
