This project comprised a new build 3m x 3m modular house extension complete with prominent UPVC glazing with a clean white thincoat silicon render to match the frames and complement the natural Cotswold stone house.
Our scope of works included preparation of existing ground, excavation and fill of concrete strip foundations, erection of our bespoke modular steel frame with insulated wall panels, new electrical, decoration and flooring installations.
The build was complete within 14 working days from start to finish and to the agreed fixed contract price.
