The longboard vertical cladding, UPVC glazed patio doors, sleek external wall downlighting, extended front canopy with integrated downlights were all used to transform a space into a home office.
Complete electrical, flooring, and decoration works were carried out to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing work environment. The use of longboard vertical cladding provided a contemporary and stylish look to the exterior of the office, while the UPVC glazed patio doors allowed for ample natural light to enter the space.
The sleek external wall downlighting added a touch of sophistication to the overall design. With the extended front canopy and integrated downlights, the entrance became inviting and well-lit. From start to finish, every detail was carefully considered to create a comfortable and productive home office space.
The project involved the construction of a traditional thincoat silicon render frontage with Aluminium cladding to the sides. The building was tightly positioned against the neighboring fences.
A complete kitchen and bathroom supply and installation were carried out, along with the installation of Greek blue aluminum bifolds and a composite personal door. Internal wall configurations, including pocket doors, were also included in the project.
Building control sign off was obtained after all necessary inspections and approvals. The project was a complete turnkey endeavor, starting from the initial design consultation and encompassing all electrical, flooring, and decoration works. Extensive ground preparation and drainage works were undertaken to ensure a solid foundation for the building.
