The client came to us looking for a high quality Garden Room space that could be used as a home gym.
They were undertaking significant landscaping works to their garden which included a sunken terrace which is where our Garden Room would be installed.
We co-ordinated with the clients landscapers to ensure all preparatory works including retaining walls were built in accordance with our requirements.
Through a series of consultations and site visits to our showroom we were able to curate the perfect space for the clients needs whilst enhancing their beautifully manicured garden overlooking their local golf course.
The client was very specific in wanting an external finish that complemented their ultra-modern recently renovated garden.
Upon reviewing our various finish options they ultimately decided on our beautiful white cement fibre cladding panel to all elevations.
This 4m x 3m Garden Room used as a home office is set in the beautiful Warwickshire surroundings and finished to our impeccable Vita Modular standard's.
We co-ordinated our build with the extensive landscaping works.
The build utilises the highest quality materials and finishing touches to do the stunning surroundings justice.

For this project in Cheltenham the client approached us wanting a supremely modern and luxury single storey extension that could seamlessly extend their living / dining space with maximum glazing and natural light.
Through a very extensive design process with our architects they opted for the best in class ALUK aluminium bifolding doors that completely opened up the extension to their exotically themed garden.
We carried out significant demolition & remedial, structural opening + external landscaping works to ensure the external and internal threshold levels remained flush throughout.
Given the clients clay soil and close proximity to trees the project involved traditional strip foundations to a depth of c. 2m and was delivered from start to finish within 4 weeks.
